WiseGaming has built its reputation on speed and agility – delivering custom features in weeks, not months.

Steven Paton, Commercial Director, explains how the company co-creates solutions with operators and why rapid deployment has become a decisive advantage in iGaming.

Platform flexibility is a key differentiator in today’s market. How does WiseGaming ensure its platform remains responsive to the evolving needs of operators across different jurisdictions?

In today’s iGaming landscape, flexibility has moved from a “nice to have” to a mission-critical differentiator.

For WiseGaming, flexibility means more than just plug-and-play functionality; it’s about delivering a platform that adapt as fast as the markets themselves. Regulations shift quickly, player expectations evolve constantly, and operators face unique challenges in every jurisdiction.

Our platform is built on modular architecture, allowing each operator to configure their setup for maximum relevance.

Whether it’s supporting a new regulatory framework in Europe, adapting payment flows in Latin America, or introducing localised sportsbook feeds in Asia, WiseGaming ensures operators can move quickly without disrupting business continuity.

At the centre of this is our orchestration layer, which streamlines everything from promotions to CRM automation, giving operators real control in an increasingly complex environment.

One of the standout qualities of WiseGaming is the speed and agility of your tech team. Can you share how the team works with partners to implement custom features quickly and effectively?

WiseGaming’s agility is one of the most valued qualities by our partners. We pride ourselves on working side-by-side with operators to implement custom features quickly and effectively.

This is not agility for its own sake – it’s directly tied to commercial performance. When a partner comes to us with a requirement – such as supporting a regional sports league feed, integrating a niche payment method, or designing a bespoke onboarding flow – we move fast.

Our iterative methodology allows us to deliver solutions in weeks, where traditional platforms may take months. But speed is only one side of the equation: everything we roll out is tested and validated to ensure scalability and compliance.

This responsiveness has been critical in winning trust. Some of our most impactful product advancements have come directly from these operator-driven collaborations, reinforcing our belief that the best roadmap is co-created with those on the front line.

Time-to-market is increasingly critical. What does WiseGaming’s typical launch timeline look like, and how do you support operators looking for rapid deployment?

Time-to-market is arguably the most decisive factor in today’s iGaming launches. Being first to capture attention, engage players, and establish brand recognition often determines success in competitive jurisdictions.

WiseGaming has streamlined its launch process so that new white-label operators can go live in weeks, not months.

We achieve this by combining a library of pre-integrated vendors – covering payments, content, and KYC – with tailored configurations that match each operator’s vision. The outcome is reduced friction, lower upfront risk, and faster access to revenue.

This rapid deployment model has proven especially valuable for startups, who need to balance speed with limited resources. At the same time, it gives established brands the confidence that they can expand into new territories without lengthy or costly delays.

How does your platform support multi-jurisdictional operations, and what advantages does this bring to both new market entrants and established brands?

For operators looking to scale across multiple regions, managing diverse requirements can be overwhelming. WiseGaming solves this by enabling operators to control multi-license and multi-brand operations from a single backend.

For new entrants, this means they can step into regulated markets with confidence, knowing that compliance, reporting, and payment systems are already embedded.

For established operators, it means efficiency at scale: one system, centralised intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple territories without duplication.

The advantage is twofold – reduced operational drag and improved profitability. Operators spend less time firefighting across jurisdictions and more time focusing on player engagement and revenue generation.

From a commercial perspective, what makes WiseGaming’s platform particularly operator-friendly, especially for businesses with varied operational models or growth strategies?

WiseGaming’s philosophy is simple: we succeed when our operators succeed. That’s why our commercial approach is designed to be flexible and aligned with operator growth.

We provide revenue models that suit both lean startups and ambitious enterprises, backed by transparent reporting and automation tools that minimise manual workload.

Whether it’s automating CRM actions, streamlining content management, or offering detailed real-time analytics, everything is designed to give operators more clarity and control. This operator-first approach underpins every decision we make.

WiseGaming has positioned itself to serve both emerging and mature markets. How do you balance the needs of startups entering the industry with those of larger, established operators?

Supporting both new entrants and established operators is part of WiseGaming’s DNA. Startups benefit from a guided journey – fast entry, a robust white-label framework, and hands-on support.

For established operators, the focus shifts toward deeper customisation: advanced APIs, bespoke integrations, and orchestration capabilities that can handle high volumes at scale.

The common thread across both is agility. No matter the size or maturity of the partner, WiseGaming ensures they can adapt and grow without technological bottlenecks holding them back.

There’s been growing interest in LatAm among suppliers and operators alike. What traction is WiseGaming seeing in the region, and how is your platform aligned with local demands and regulatory requirements?

Latin America remains one of WiseGaming’s strongest growth regions. Demand is being driven by mobile-first players, a deep cultural connection to sportsbook, and operators looking for turnkey solutions that respect local regulations.

Our platform’s ability to support localised payments and compliance frameworks has positioned us as a trusted partner for operators launching in the region.

But growth isn’t limited to LatAm. We’re also seeing strong momentum in Europe and Asia, where regional customisation and fast market entry are increasingly important.

Looking further, Africa is becoming more prominent in our pipeline, with 2026 earmarked as a year where the region will play a much larger role in our expansion strategy.

What’s next for WiseGaming in terms of platform development, regional expansion, and strategic partnerships?

As we progress through the second half of 2025, our goals remain ambitious but grounded in sustainable growth. There are three core priorities shaping our roadmap.

Firstly, we’ll be expanding into four new markets, each through tailored setups to deliver regionally relevant sportsbook feeds, and localised onboarding flows.

Secondly, we will be enhancing our orchestration layer to enable operators to manage promotions, content, and CRM automation more efficiently from a single interface.

Lastly, we’re set to significantly amplify our global visibility by doubling down on industry events as platforms to showcase updates, strengthen partnerships, and listen closely to market needs.

Long term, our mission remains unchanged: to build the most agile, operator-focused platform in iGaming. One that empowers operators to adapt, scale, and succeed – no matter what the market throws their way.
